Dollar for dollar, this is by far the best Blaster available!

SodaBlast Systems makes (in my opinion) probably the best and simplest blast unit I have ever seen or sold.  It is extremely simple to use and fill and training on it takes about ten minutes.  Unlike other units, you can see how much material is remaining in the pot, you can reach in and grab a handful to determine what kind it is, it refills in about 1/4 the time of others, it rarely plugs up, cannot be overfilled, has fewer valves and diaphragms then most others and weighs less and is smaller than others of the same capacity making it ergonomically friendly.  Dollar for dollar, this is by far the best unit available today.Terry with Blaster Master Canada

75% Faster than a Dry Ice Blasters

I dry ice blasted a bakers rack from a large bakery.  It was covered in baked-on protein and oil residue.  The ice was ineffective.  I tried for 20 minutes with 4 different nozzles.  That got me about 10% done.  I soda blasted the remaining 90% in 25 more minutes.  Perhaps I was just not picking projects that ice was not meant for.  I went on to attempt to blast an auto door panel and cast aluminum powder coated patio chair.  The ice just did not strip the paint quickly enough to be cost effective.  SodaBlasting was 75% faster as opposed to the 25% the speed of dry ice.” - Jim Riehl, Independent Contractor

Strip that Mazda!

"The SodaBlaster successfully removed all the paint from our Mazda R100 without affecting any of the surface, particularly the thin panels. We were very happy with the result" -Charlie

SodaBlast Systems Mobile Units Provide Marinas & Boatyards
With Eco-Friendly Hull Cleaning Services

HOUSTON, TEXAS  (USA) - SodaBlast Systems unique mobile units make it convenient to provide eco-friendly boat hull cleaning services to marinas and boatyards stepping up their efforts to minimize the impact of their operations on the environment. .

Eco-friendly SodaBlasting uses a special formulation of non-toxic sodium bicarbonate - baking soda - to remove paint and marine growth from boat bottoms without harming the gelcoat. In the SodaBlasting process, a non-destructive stream of air-driven, specially formulated baking soda under high pressure is first used to strip the antifoulant paint and open the blister. Then, to prepare the surface for repair and repainting, the affected area around the blister is feathered by split-second, swirled "micro-blasting”. This finishes the surface in preparation for repair. The entire process can be accomplished in 1/10 the time as traditional techniques, resulting in a properly prepared surface that is ready for blister repair and painting.

Easy to use and maintain SodaBlast Systems mobile units provide up to four hours of continuous blast time. A trailer-mounted system (pictured) includes a heavy-duty air compressor. A skid-mounted unit, which will fit in the back of a pickup truck, can be used with a portable air compressor. Both systems feature a heavy-duty moisture separator to keep soda dry and the equipment running smoothly.
